I helped the team at Windranger design the BitDAO (now known as Mantle) token launch platform. We iteratively designed the interface and created marketing content aimed at giving our most engaged community members first dibs on new assets in the ecosystem. We rapidly prototyped three versions & kept a tight feedback loop with the BitDAO community the entire time.
I worked with a Fortune 50 bank to investigate how data could aid executive's decision making. Naturally, I found that workplace politics shaped their product development. Additionally, the data each team was collecting were completely siloed and inaccesible to others. After several rounds of prototyping and research, I addressed their problems with an analytics dashboard to make their data timely, relevant, & useful. Surprisingly, this helped defuse cross-team conflict and helped them collaborate on projects with ease.
I designed a mobile application for a self-lending protocol on Ethereum. Basically, the app allows you to put digital assets in a vault for a certain amount of time and in return get 50% of that value right now as a loan. As with most crypto applications, the protocol's desktop interface is quite difficult to use. As a side project, I imagined a mobile-first design with complicated interactions abstracted away.
